Tidy your camera roll, one photo or video at a time — from a random moment, or biggest file first.
How it works
Every session starts with three questions: photos, videos or both; random moments or largest first; and how much of each moment to show.
Random moments drops you into a random moment in your library, backs up to the start of that burst, and walks you forward through it one item at a time. When the gap to the next one gets long enough, the burst is over and the app picks a new moment. Largest first jumps to the biggest file you have not seen yet instead.

Common questions
Does anything get deleted straight away?
No. Swiping only records what you want to do. Nothing in your library changes until you confirm it on the Review Changes screen — and even then, deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for 30 days.
Can I undo a swipe?
Yes. The arrow beside the preview strip steps back through your recent swipes. You can also change your mind at any point on Review Changes, which lets you clear marks before committing them.
Does it do videos?
Yes. Every session starts by asking whether to review photos only, videos only, or both together; the app starts out on photos only. Tap a video to play it right on the card and tap again to pause, or use the button in its corner to open it full screen with a scrubber. A video kept in iCloud is downloaded only when you play it. Sharing from the app is for photos; videos can be played and opened but not sent from here.
Can I go through the biggest files first?
Yes. Choose Largest first when you start a session and it works down your library from the biggest file to the smallest, with the size shown under every item. Turn the time range on as well and each big file is followed by whatever else you shot around it, so you can compare two takes of the same thing before deciding. The first such session has to measure every item, which can take a while on a large library; the sizes are remembered, so after that it is quick.
Some of my photos never appear.
A few reasons. Videos are shown only when you choose them at the start of a session. An item with no date recorded on it cannot be placed in your library's timeline, so it is skipped. And if you granted access to only some photos, the app can work only with the ones you selected — you can add more from the cleanup screen.
What does it cost?
The first 150 photos or videos you decide on are free. Setting one aside as Undecided does not count. After that, unlocking is a single payment — not a subscription — and it covers Family Sharing. Deleting photos you have already marked never requires unlocking.
I reset my session and my free count did not come back.
That is intended. Resetting clears the photos you have marked so you can start sorting again, but photos you have already decided on still count toward the free allowance.
Why did the space on my phone not go down?
Deleted photos sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days before the storage is actually freed. To reclaim it now, open Photos and go to Albums › Recently Deleted.
